There are no application or service fees on the Aussie Select Fixed Basic Home Loan, but there are discharge and legal fees to budget for.

We have been with Aussie for 2 years, 1 of those years has been in a fixed rate. We have never had any issues with Aussie when we have had to call them.

We went to Aussie to refinance and we did get cheaper with Aussie! The guy we dealt with was awesome, easy to deal with. The headquarters on the other hand have stuffed us around so much, not willing to help us and honestly seem to be scared to go out their way to help, I honestly wish we didn't go to Aussie!
