NRMA Insurance expands - now available in SA and WA
As of this November NRMA Insurance is expanding its insurance offerings to both South Australia and Western Australia.
In recent years NRMA Insurance has expanded to the Northern Territory, Queensland and Tasmania. Now with this latest development, Victoria is the only state NRMA Insurance is not available.
NRMA Insurance started life in Sydney in the 1920s and has been providing cover for residents in NSW and the ACT for almost 100 years. The insurance provider has been around so long in NSW that the name ‘NRMA’ has become almost synonymous with insurance.
“From Kununurra all the way down to Mount Gambier, we hope our products will cater to the unique style of West Australians and South Australians and provide more choice when deciding how to protect the things they care about - their cars, homes or businesses,” said NRMA Insurance group executive, Julie Batch.
What type of NRMA Insurance is now available in SA and WA?
NRMA Insurance is now offering general insurance products in SA and WA. So that’s home, car and business insurance. In a little more detail, NRMA offers third party and comprehensive car insurance, as well as home building and contents insurance.
Batch says NRMA Insurance will also be offering some more niche policies from 29 November 2021. That includes insurance for boats, motorhomes, caravans, trailers and motorcycles.
