And now, with its new mobile banking application, ANZ App, it's easier to do banking on the go.
Online app is limited with no ability to perform simple tasks like reduce limit or review rate. Wait times are excessive with rude staff who are not helpful.
ANZ make life easier! They go out of their way to make sure their customers needs are met and are always super helpful in times of desperation. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. In saying that it does take forever to get through to them on one phone but hey the service I do get when I’ve been connected is second to none.

ANZ seem to want to assist their customers whenever they can. They do have a problem with waiting on the phone, as a lot of establishments do these days. Once you get on, they are quick to fix the issue.
Fees are $5 monthly account. Zero interest rates. No tellers or immediate access to in bank queries. Must always book an appointment. Never get an appointment on the same day.
