Originally paid $530 for my first policy. Incredible!! AFter making a claim my 2nd year was over $1000. Not sure if the hike was because of the claim and or just general price increase. Still, $1000 is pretty good. My claim was smooth. Will stay with QBE.
QBE's Lack of Empathy and Unjustified Premium IncreaseDisappointed with QBE's Lack of Empathy and Unjustified Premium Increase I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with QBE. Despite a significant claim due to a severe storm and subsequent power outage, QBE has chosen to penalize me with a staggering $5265 premium increase. This feels incredibly unfair, especially considering the circumstances were beyond my control. The customer service representative I spoke to was dismissive and unsympathetic. They seemed more concerned with the timing of my call than understanding my situation. It's disheartening to see such a lack of empathy from a company that claims to value its customers. I urge QBE to reconsider this excessive premium increase and treat their loyal customers with more respect and understanding.
