I was quickly reimbursed of my claims. The first claims handler was not efficient and did not deal with my claim for 8 months but then I was passed off to a guy and he provided amazing support. Customer service excellent, claims handlers are very polite, calm and efficient. My situation was dealt with very seriously once I requested someone else to deal with my claims and my claim was processed super quick. I’m very grateful and thankful to such an amazing travel insurance company.
Great to deal with after Covid-19 caused holiday cancellation. Initially it was tough to get the claim accepted for cancellation but once the Aus govt issued 'Do Not Travel' advice for all countries Chubb was prompt and fair in all dealings and were even prompting me to respond to emails at one point. Would certainly recommend to peers.
