I really like the Citi bank, I have a debit card which I use for overseas transactions as no fees on the account. I also use for travel overseas too. Unfortunately Citi has been bought out by Nab so I will have my account changed to them. I’m not sure if Nab will have the same benefits. I’m thinking not.
Siri is very easy to use and is music friendly. Has it some downsides with no easy Way to link your accounts or has a card that is easy link to all accounts required.
This is great for online transactions, and particularly when travelling. I went on holiday to India and they cancelled the currency 2 weeks before our departure. So we were constantly queuing at ATM's for the new currency notes, which were in short supply and restricted to A$100 per withdrawal, trying to do multiple withdrawals where possible. Easy as, with my citi debit card! No fee, and the live visa rate, meant we were well taken care of. I just transferred cash from my CBA savings across to Citi & the funds were instantly accessible. Did I mention, no fees?! I had to use my CBA travel card for 4 x $50 withdrawals, and they charged me $3 per withdrawal - even though the agent who sold it to me said there wouldn't be fees.! When I got back I disputed the fees, they grudgingly refunded them, and I cut up the card in front of them. Never again!
Do NOT get this account if you are travelling overseas. I was in an overseas trip and needed more fund so I made a transfer from my other Australian account to this one. 13 days has passed the fund is still on hold for no reasons. I can't access my own money. I had to use my Australian credit card to make transactions overseas and ended up with foreign transaction fees.
Convenient when travelling and helpful customer service.
I like that they have international transaction fee free.

I like that there are no international charges for purchases and for using the card overseas. I don't like that there aren't many branches.
Great account for overseas travel. Competitive rates and minimal overseas currency fees.
Locked my funds for over a month after. Terrible customer service gave a a lot of misleading information. Had to report the issue to AFCA.
Do not use this account if you are travelling!!!! In order to transfer money, convert money into another currency or do anything with this account you are required to enter a one time pin code that is awesome to your mobile. I lost my phone overseas. When I rang asking to change my mobile number I was told that it was impossible for me to do this unless I sent a letter (I could not do this via the phone or email) stating that I wished to change my phone number along with copies of my passport, birth certificate and drivers licence. This left me virtually unable to use my travel account whilst overseas. Very unhelpful customer service. The website also instructed me to call if I lost my phone and that someone would be able to assist me to change my number. This was a lie.
Citi has good online services.
Citi is a great bank. I would recommend it to others.
Every time I call them I get different responses to the same question. They lie to get you to accept their product.
Poor account security, I have been victim to fraudulent transactions multiple times. Great international currency exchange rates.
