I have always enjoyed the facilities at GCU. The customer service is faultless. I am prepared to receive a little less interest on my money in order to have the service that this institution provides. They a personal in their service, you do not get a phone voice when you call you get a person without having to press 17 buttons first. If you have a question you can ask it that day, not send and e-mail to be answered within 2 working days.
