I would thoroughly recommend Ozicare, from the moment I was involved in a car accident through to the claims process, they have been nothing short but wonderful and, in my opinion, provided gold standard customer service, each step of the way. The claims team realise that you do feel slightly frazzled just after an accident when you contact them, and slowly and patiently walked me through the process, they were so understanding and comforting, it felt like I was speaking to a supportive friend on the other end of the line. The process was also quick and efficient, and they kept me abreast of each step along the way. I give Ozicare a A+++ - thankyou again for all your support and I highly recommend them as the north star for car insurance.
Their claims team is not responding to emergency repairs and they don’t have any SLA for any emergency claim. I am chasing them for an emergency claim to fix my car and they are not replying. They don’t understand the critical situation where we are expecting a baby any day we need our car fixed. I have taken all quotes and everything but they don’t have to review. I will go to fix but I was just requesting to review and approve but everyday I call them and they just say we are looking on priority but we don’t have any SLA. Then why do you guys call it an emergency fix?
