If you are at fault in an accident, they will demand a driving record report from you. Not the experience I want to deal with again. The reason I have insurance is because I pay people to deal with situations like this when I am in a vulnerable state...
DO NOT use these guys i had a horror run with these guys and i was not at fault at the time of accident they declined my claim as they cant be bothered to help what a joke
They were happy to beat the competitor I was with and guaranteed my insurance claims are WYSIWYG.
Progressive called the tow truck driver to ask questions of the night... not the police?? Every time I lodge a form via email they don't read it. You have to call after and get actual acknowledgement of the email or it will just sit unread. When asked they just say we are a call centre first (they why email?).
Progressive Direct are number one for service and claims, we have had two claims with them and they did all the work for us, awesome.
