I love Summerland, all their app features are really easy to use and every time I go into a branch, everyone is so friendly and the customer service is exceptional. Everyone that works at Summerland is more than willing to help you even with the small things and they are all very trustworthy and amazing at their job. I would recommend this bank to anyone and everyone.

I don't believe I should be charged monthly bank fees as other banks and credit unions are free.
I actually don't have much to do with them now I have completed my mortgage and if you pay things on time there should be no problems with them.
They are always friendly and know my name they help me with my account when I ask them without hesitation, a very good bank for me.
Most banks do not care about customer service but mine does, the customers are always right to them and they thoroughly believe that and this is why I like my bank.
I LOVE this credit union. I have had my savings account with them since I was 10 years old and I cannot fault them. The service is friendly, and they go above and beyond their duty to ensure I was satisfied. My only issue has been that since moving to Brisbane, I cannot go to a branch to cash cheques.
I have yet to find anything bad about this bank.
