I have been a member of what is now known as Australian Mutual Bank for around 36 years and have no desire to join another bank as their service has always been top notch Their Customer Service is friendly, considerate and respectful to their clients. I love that they are run by their members I have no dislikes to report on and I would recommend this bank to be checked out by anyone wishing to join.

Great customer service. I have had my savings account for 34 years. Joined in 1986 when the original name was Department of Social Security Credit Union, then Social security credit union, then Security Credit Union, now known as Sydney Mutual Bank. The customer service has always remained great and delivered with respect for its customers over all those years. I have only the best of comments about my bank.
