And now, with its new mobile banking application, ANZ App, it's easier to do banking on the go.
It has been an ok experience. I like the text reminders about upcoming repayments too.
ANZ offers solid online banking and customer service, but fees can be high, and savings rates aren’t always competitive. Good for convenience, not budget-conscious users.

ANZ seem to want to assist their customers whenever they can. They do have a problem with waiting on the phone, as a lot of establishments do these days. Once you get on, they are quick to fix the issue.
