Not sure whether to choose a credit card or a buy now pay later service? With the Latitude GO Mastercard, you can have both. This card comes with a rewards program where you can snag 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases, as well as up to 55 interest free days on everyday transactions. But there’s more! You can also buy now pay later using this card, with the range of interest free payment plans on offer when you shop at any of Latitude’s partner retailers.
If you want a credit card that offers a rewards program, interest-free days and the option to buy now pay later, look no further than the Latitude GO Mastercard.
While the card comes with a hefty 22.74% purchase rate (25.90% cash advance rate) there's no annual fee to worry about. However, a $5.95/month account servicing fee is charged if your outstanding balance is more than $10.
The go Mastercard is also packed full of features including a killer rewards program, where you can earn 1 point on every $1 spent on eligible transactions and up to 55 interest-free days on everyday purchases.
And if those perks aren’t enough, the Latitude GO Mastercard has a range of killer buy now pay later options when you shop with any of their thousands of partner retailers, including Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne.
Three main plans are available:
Interest Free: You must make a minimum payment each month, but you can also make extra contributions when you want to. (Plans start from 6 months)
Buy Now, Pay Later: You don’t need to pay at all during the plan period and can pay in a lump sum at the end if you want to. Or you can make any extra payments you want up until then. (Plans start from 3 months)
Instalment Interest Free: You pay equally monthly repayments each month in instalments without extra repayments. (Plans vary and are only available during specific promotional periods).
And if you’re all about digital wallets, you may be pleased to hear that the Latitude GO Mastercard is available on Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay.
This card could be a good option for someone looking to save on interest repayments. It’s ideal for customers that shop at any of Latitude’s partner retailers and are looking to combine a rewards credit card with a buy now pay later service.
While the Latitude GO Mastercard comes with a bunch of perks, there are some fees to be mindful of. These include a $25 one-off establishment fee and a $30 late payment fee if you miss a minimum repayment.
There is also a foreign exchange fee of 3.00% when you use the card overseas, so if you are after a card suited for travelling the Latitude 28 Degrees Global Platinum Mastercard may be a better option for you.

How do we calculate these points?
To work out the "Rewards value minus fees" in our Rewards Revealer we:
calculate how many points you'd get each year,
figure out how many flights or gift cards or cashback credits you could get for those points,
work out what that's actually worth to you,
take off the annual fee you'd pay.
More details:
Our calculations are designed to help you compare the value of different rewards schemes. To do this, we've looked at earning a one-way Sydney-Melbourne flight excluding taxes and charges, a return Sydney-London flight excluding taxes and charges, a $100 shopping Gift Card and $100 cashback. Most cards will also offer other rewards, which may be worth more or less than the ones we've shown.
We have made no allowance for bonus points for using your card at specific merchants, introductory offers or special offers. We have not assigned any value to instant discounts, insurances, ticketing and concierge services or other such benefits.
Rewards value calculations do not take credit card interest into account. If you do not pay off your card each month you may be better off looking for a card based on interest rates than on the value of rewards.
In products that have more than one card, a different mix of spend between American Express / Visa / Mastercard will give different results. Mozo's Rewards Revealer lets you choose the mix based on the way you would use such a product, and gives you tailored results.
We assume flights purchased with airline points are 'classic' or 'reward' economy seats with restricted seat availability. 'Any seat' rewards will probably cost more.
To compare the value of flight rewards, we sample online retail flight prices once a quarter based on the average price on a Wednesday 3 months in advance but outside NSW school holidays. For domestic flights we take the lowest available fare from each flight on that day from Qantas Red e-deal, Virgin Australia Saver including baggage and Jetstar Starter including baggage. We calculate the average price excluding taxes and surcharges for each airline, and also the average across all airlines (which we use when rewards are travel agent vouchers). For international flights, we take the lowest available fares on that same Wednesday from each of Qantas, Emirates, Malaysian, Etihad, Singapore, Cathay Pacific and Thai, assuming a return flight 2 weeks later, calculate the average price before taxes and surcharges and use this as our assumed cost of a flight on any airline.
Shopping rewards are based on $100 gift cards from a major national department store.
We make every effort to ensure our calculations are correct and up to date but make no guarantees.

Awful bank. Terrible interest rates, horrendous late fees and useless and rude customer service. I highly recommend that anyone stay clear of this financial institution, they are swindlers, will coax you into feeling safe and that they will help, but really they do not care in the slightest. I look forward to the day I have paid them off and closed my account.

On 22nd of January & to close my account; I first paid any outstanding balance which was $777.30. I then submitted the online cancellation form. On the same day I was advised via email that I would have to wait 3 days for the funds to clear before I could cancel. Fair enough. I then submitted another cancellation form about 3 days later. I then checked daily to ensure the account was closed. It still was not. On Tuesday 2nd Feb I entered into an online chat with Sandeep to find out why my account was not closed. He advised there was a balance outstanding. I told him this was not showing up in my account online. He then tells me I have an $11 "account closing fee" that needs to be paid. So I paid this & 4 days later it still sits in my account as a credit. So we called on 5th Feb to speak to an actual person who advises the account cannot be closed until the 10th of February. The main reason for my closing the account is the high fees & lack of accurate information. I have scoured their website & cannot see any information regarding any "account closure fees". They also fail to mention the $5.95 Bpay fee in the FFQ "What does Bpay cost"... what a joke!! I will be doing my best to discourage all family, friends & acquaintance's from applying for this card as I believe it is the worst on the market. To top it off, I have to click on a link to ask for the "complaints form",which only allows me to request a "feedback form"... so you can't even call it a complaint form?? Not a very good experience at all. Unprofessional & poor communication as well as atrocious fee structure.

Even though all the hype on the fantastic deal of 36 months interest-free on purchases to get you hooked. Nowhere in the contract does it say that if you pay your monthly payments before the due date (thinking you're doing the right thing) that you would be hit with unwarranted late fees and charges. How disgusting of this company to blatantly steal from their customers on false pretences. What makes this worse is that you contact the institution about these unwarranted charges only to spoken to with a dismissive tone from the operator. If you ask for the finance supervisor, they would say that "you're speaking to the finance supervisor!" With your persistence and disappointment to speak to a higher authority, your call will be ended by the operator.

Absolutely useless. I've been using their "online" reduce my credit limit option which won't reduce my limit, which is ridiculous. I do not recommend this product at all. No interest but we will charge you for every repayment you make. Steer clear of this.
