They never recorded any information i gave them so repeated questions, made it extreamly difficult to communicate with. I dont understand why they say they are recording your information when they obviously dont. Every mistake they could make, they did.
As per all Energy providers they don't care about existing customers. They have offers to new customers all the time while not looking after existing customers. Every account I receive has errors on it , concession not applied ,incorrect readings etc. I have decided to change providers and now they have come up with a better deal , why can they do that now?
