I have been with since 2008 I had many times was unable to pay. I was scammed 72K out of my bank account. It took Manager 8 months to check with a phone call. I do believe banks should take more responsibility under 1000,000 insurance.
I have always had friendly and efficient service in store. Also, if there is any problem, they contact me (by phone) immediately. They have saved me from scams several times.
Generally good, but at one stage there was a rollover that left me short of cash!

Disappointing International Transaction Experience I've been a loyal customer of this bank, regularly spending over $5,000 a month. However, I recently had a frustrating experience with an international transaction. The transaction failed, and while I did get my money back, the bank still charged me international transaction fees for the failed attempt. When I contacted customer service, they said it was because the transaction was "attempted," which doesn't make sense to me. Why should I be charged for a transaction that didn't go through? As someone who has consistently supported this bank, I expected better treatment and a fair resolution. It's disappointing that they prioritize technicalities over customer loyalty. I hope they reconsider their policies regarding failed international transactions and how they treat long-term customers like myself.
