I've always been given great assistance whenever I've needed it. The only drawback I have with them is on occasion I've had to wait to talk to an operator. Nothing overly long, but it is one of those annoying things that happen with online banking. That's not to say that I'm in any way upset with this bank, far from it. I like the rate of return and the requirements needed to obtain a steady rate of interest are most certainly NOT onerous.
Painfully slow and unhelpful staff lacking a basic understanding of customer service.
It is probably more committed to the interests of its members than the large 4 banks. However, it does need to make a profit to survive but it would be nice to get rid of the monthly fee! There are no hidden surprises so everyone should just go for it and become a member.
