National Australia Bank is one of the big four banks who provide a large variety of financial products to the Australian Community. In recent times NAB has set itself apart from the other big four banks; by expanding their ATM network, removing many fees and maintaining low standard variable home loan rates. NAB's changes to its financial products have made their home loan, credit card, loans, savings accounts and personal loans more competitive within the banking industry.
Have had a fairly good experience with NAB. The home loan specialists have been informative and patient while also providing a competitive product.
Great savings rates, love the app and how many ATMs and branches I can find wherever I go. Online banking is also very easy and accessible, which I do appreciate. I do like the new Goodies available, however I do wish that they had less niche stores offered. Perhaps lower cashback but at the bigger stores e.g. Woolies, Coles?

They staff at NAB made it easy and stress free to apply for a personal loan. Talked me through all the paper work and had it assessed withing 4hrs. Wouldn't bank with anyone else.
NAB is excellent to deal with great customer service
In comparison to credit cards from other banks NAB seems reliable and trustworthy. My main complaint is that I am a retired person who has been with NAB for many years and been totally reliable and have a top credit rating. However despite that loyalty and reputation NAB would not allow me to change credit cards and seem to completely ignore my financial reliability when it comes to loans once retired
Nab are the best bank I have been with. They are efficient and low fee. Anything paid by the commonwealth government goes into the account amost instantly too. Before any other institutionany way.
