The only good thing for this mortgage provider is their interest rates. Very poor customer service, and basic website. I needed to change my direct debit details for a mortgage payment due the next day, and the customer care was not able to change bank details over the phone. There was also no way to change these details online. I would not recommend them to anyone. There are other institution that offer similar rates but without the hassle.

Misleading pre approval for refinance all they have done is made me run round sending every document under the sun a written exit strategy essay i kid you not ... and then after asking for only 220k my home is valued at at least 450k they just called to say they won't refinance me ??? I think its because im s single female. I've never missed a bill im ahead on my rates my electricity and my water I pay all my bills on time, so there really is no real reason to knock back my application otherwise DONT BE FOOLED BY EASY PRE APPROVAL ITS RUBBISH TI GET YOU IN
I wanted to buy a property in a regional area. I was informed they service the area but at a reduced amount. The reduced amount serviced met my needs and I was told to make an official application. The loan was declined as they do not service the area the property is in. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this company. They wasted two weeks and the decline is now on my credit rating. Would any reasonable person apply for a loan if the lender doesn't service that area? Protect your credit rating and save yourself the time. Steer clear of homeloans.com.au
Awful company. Zero customer service with extremely unhelpful staff who make you feel like you are hassling them. They told me the best rate I could get was the 5.25% I was currently on. When I asked to discharge the loan, they demanded a $500 discharge fee. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.
