Much better than one of the big four banks.
1.Its an all female branch. 2.In a time of emergancy they went far beyond what was normal. 3.Greeting by name. 4.no charges for hole in the wall withdrawalls. 5.A pleasure to have dealings with.
Our bank sucks, in the process of switching to something else.
I have banked with the Police Credit Union since its inception and have nothing but the highest praise for its services provided and for the staff especially. Communication through newsletters is exceptional. I find the staff have members interests at heart on several occasions when conducting business there a staff member has suggested a different account type may be beneficial to us. And has proved correct. Problems with a possibly comprised Visa card have been sorted out very promptly and alternatives suggested. New card arrived quickly and this service was really appreciated at a worrying time.
I think they are very informative with all the new products and keep you up to date. Only cons is that they don't loyalty and past history with their bank in to concentration but most banks are the same.
The payments you make at the beginning are not always registered as a payments. Especially if you make them as a fortnightly payment.
