The offset is great and easy to use as an everyday banking account while also accumulating frequent flyer points and reducing your mortgage interest. Also helpful is that when you ring customer service you’re speaking to staff in Australia. I’ve always found them pleasant and helpful with my queries. Waiting times could be improved to make it a top notch product. Also be mindful of the lack of physical branches, which matters when there’s paperwork to be signed in person. Otherwise, with most banking needs being met online these days, their app and online banking is ok, sometimes not intuitive but ultimately useable. I’ve found Qudos to be one of the more reputable and trustworthy banks I’ve used.
