I've dealt with other banks and the the Capricornia is the best for my needs and they don't treat you like you're just a number.
I have been with this bank for many years and although the tellers are generally lovely, if you have some unforseen circumstance in which you may be a little short in funds to cover a payment,the bank will automatically slap you with a dishonour fee, even if you explain to them that it will be fixed within 24-48hours. they do not care and will not give any leniancy in this. I will be changing banks as they seem to look down at you if you ever have a problem.
