Rabo threatened to block my account which I had for over 12 years if I did not provide a significant amount of extra information. The forms and requirements were onerous. I was left with no choice but to cancel my term deposit and pay an early termination fee. And withdraw all my funds before they froze my account. This bank is outrageous. They were happy with all the information I supplied 12 years ago but now they required significant additional information.

Rabobank is a bank working with farmers for all our benefits. Highest offering term deposit interest rate at the time of my investment. Desperately need banks to keep higher for self funded retirees.

Sent messages twice regarding ID requirements for new deposit. Both times no reply. Seems the fact that the investor hasn't got a drivers licence or passport is to hard to deal with, so they just ignore you. Service is worse than poor, it's non existent.

Online banking with easy to follow instructions, Secure log on. Always easy to contact if help is needed. Best interest rates I have found.
