Service from Stafford branch pathetic. Young man serving knowledge was very poor, communication not acceptable. Overall experience in two dealing with him leaves poor impression on training provided to staff. rating 0/10
I have been with other banks, and find I have a trust with RACQ that I want in a bank. They ring at any hr to let me know if my account/s have been accessed or attempted to be accesss. If I have a question or problem it is nearly always fixed whilst I am on the line with them.
I love Racq bank because I get the benefit of having access to Racq roadside assistance, perks at movies theatres, dream/movie world, restaurants etc. I haven’t had any cons with RACQ yet.
RACQ bank is very responsive to my needs. Even though there are no branches in Tasmania my phone calls or emails are answered quickly and in a friendly manner and online banking is simple and secure. I'm a customer for life!
