They are an online only bank but that works for me, as I don't really deal with physical cash. They have a strong focus on helping you save and budget. Also, every now and again they will reimburse you the price of a coffee when you buy coffee from a store. I believe they want to help everyone. They have no fees. It's a smooth fun way to bank.
Budgeting and Saving is made so easy with unique features - separate savings "folders" rather than needing separate bank accounts which you can separately lock and/or hide out of view to help with saving and reduce impulse buys. You can auto split your pay anyway you like in to all these different folders. I love it, so easy to be organised with my money. And all savers folders earn the high interest rate. The app is awesome.
Such a great siren to track spending and allocate debits. Love the saver accounts, helps a lot with managing my money.
Up money is a fantastic App that is never not always getting updated and upgraded. Full of perks, great features and options to review and save your money. This bank alone helped me save for my first house. They genuinely make saving money more enjoyable and easy. - You can name savers with emojis and set limits - it is purely online so everything is so seamless and quick - It has options to automatically put money away for upcoming bills, I love that I no longer have to stress anymore as it reserves drips and drabs of money months in advance - Great incentives like high interest returns, save ups, cash back on referrals and much more I feel like I have control over my money and in such a fun way that makes saving and spending less daunting.

Up, on my opinion, has the best app for controlling your account. You can set aside "savers" to save up for something you want & set deposits to go into it. It tells you when you've saved enough & asks if you want to go shopping! Promp & polite customer service, they quickly responded to my concern regarding an unauthorised transaction. So far not a single complaint about this bank. Much better than being a number to the "Big Four".
Ive changed from a few banks recently trying to find the right one and Up is amazing compared to all of them.

Up bank is a fun way of banking, completely online, it uses interactive features and colours that allows your brain to see banking and saving as something enjoyable. You make multiple savers, set up auto transfers, the interest rate is reasonable and achievable by making a few purchases a month to activate the interest rate. Over all I am really enjoying Up bank and it’s services. Would definitely recommend to those who benefit from visual stimulation
