Fantastic bank providing very competitive Term Deposit rates. I was able to get a rate of 6.10% for a 12 month Term Deposit. Wonderful to talk to and provided all answers to my inquiries promptly .
The worst bank in Australia and that’s not easy. The worst customer service. The refuse to refund fraud on the account and staff can barely speak English let alone be helpful. Not worth the time it takes to open an account
