Overall not really satisfied with the customer service an they don't really have very good communication I don't understand half of what they do and say with my funds
I LOVE our bank! They are warm, helpful and have great knowledge of advice. I highly recommend this bank they will help you from one account to switching all accounts and even tell you if one is better to stay elsewhere. Very easy communication and fast replys.
Good bank all round but they have cut banking hours unfortunately in recent times. Very friendly staff.
I was banking with one of the Big 4 but was not happy with the customer service or fees so I changed to Bank of Us. Their customer service is superb, there is never long waits/queues which I used to experience regularly and they do not charge inappropriate fees. The only con is that the branch office is only open three days per week. However one of the Big 4 have closed their branch altogether and others have also very restricted days/hours so this is really not much of a con for Bank of Us. Another pro is that you can use any of the major bank ATMS without any fees.
Small customer owned bank that take the time to get to know their customers and really do care. Great service and wonderful staff.

The staff are always friendly and courteous. Whenever we had to call in for some support or query, we are seen almost right away, and we are on our way very quickly. I suppose it's the advantage of a country bank , in a country town. We find it a pleasure to do business with our local bank .
