They have always been reliable and trustworthy in over 30 years of banking with them. The convenience of transferring funds into additional savings accounts with no extra costs.Also able to receive notifications of money going in or out of accounts straight away. Speak to real humans with no long wait times. Excellent service everytime.
The product is fine, however, the interest rates are low and given the current cost of living crisis it is impossible to earn bonus interest by not making any withdrawals in the month.
The choices of free from fee’s ATMs are bad where I live on the Gold Coast and not many branches
I have been a member since early 2000 and they have always been very helpful and supportive and always respectful. During this time I have had some things happen to me but the staff were always ready to lend a helping hand and they never judged me.
The greater bank is the greatest bank, since 16 yrs of age Ive banked with greater and I'd never wish to bank with another bank

Already over 10 years member, reliable with Saving; always welcome and ready for assistance. Generally satisfied with distance from house: no necessary personal contact - for personal contact is not too close. Contact ATM via CBA in closer, distance easier for financial situations - public transport requires 4 buses and time. Thus visit infrequently , and thus advantageous for me.

They are really competitive with other accounts that are similar. I have had the account for years and it has remained competitive.
Nothing is a problem for the staff, they go out of their way to make sure you have the correct product and are getting the best rate. Why would anyone use the big 4?
The bonus saver account has helped me stay on track with savings. I love this account because unlike other savings account you do not need a minimun $5000 or $1000 to earn interest nor is it required to depsoit $1000 each month which is very hard ask for alot of people especially those who would very much benefit from having spare cash in case of emergency. Greater bank has lots of branches on the nsw north coast and have not closed any branches over the 5 years i have been banking with them, and they are friendly not shut at 4 pm they open until 5pm. Greater bank also helps many charities and yet make less profit than the big 4 banks! It's a good bank!
