Mozo Review ANZ Low Rate Review
Last updated: 17 August 2018.
The ANZ Low Rate credit card has everything a good credit card should have: a low 12.49% interest rate and a low $58 annual fee. Plus, if you need to get rid of some pesky debt, pick up a 0% balance transfer offer for 15 months.
With many credit cards having interest rates of 19% and over, you could save money by switching to the ANZ low rate card. The card has an ongoing purchase rate of 12.49%.
While the $58 annual fee is relatively low for a credit card, be sure to set up automatic monthly repayments or you'll have to pay a $20 late payment fee.
If you need to clear some lingering credit card debt, you can take advantage of a 15 month balance transfer period with 0% interest and no BT fee to pay.
If you are travelling overseas you can use your low rate card wherever Mastercard is accepted. You will have to pay a 3% foreign currency conversion on all purchases made using your ANZ Low Rate card overseas.
Who it's good for:
The ANZ Low Rate card is good for anyone who is looking for a low cost credit card for their online and day to day purchases.
Don't be tempted to use the credit card for cash withdrawals otherwise you will be paying a high 21.74%.
