The Qudos Bank Low Cost Home Loan (Value Package) is a feature-rich home loan that offers variable interest rates from 6.14% p.a. (6.33% p.a. comparison rate*). Along with flexible repayment options, access to an offset account and redraw facility, and the ability to take repayment holidays, the loan offers a number of additional perks such as fee waivers on eligible Qudos Bank credit cards.
The Qudos Bank Low Cost Home Loan (Value Package) offers variable rates starting from 6.14% p.a. (6.33% p.a. comparison rate*) for owner occupiers making principal and interest payments (<70% LVR), Alternatively, investors who make principal and interest payments (<70% LVR) can receive variable rates as low as 6.44% p.a. (6.63% p.a. comparison rate*).
You'll be able to pick a repayment cycle that suits you (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), plus you can pay down your loan faster without having to worry about any caps or additional fees. And if you decide you need those extra funds back, a redraw facility is available.
Customers will also be able to take advantage of an offset account to help save on loan interest. And if your circumstances change and you feel you could use a break from your repayments, you’ll be able to apply for a repayment holiday.
As part of the package, you’ll also receive a number of perks. For example, Qudos Bank will waive the annual fee (usually $249) on their Visa Platinum Credit Card.
Just keep in mind that all these features and perks don't come free. There’s a $199 yearly service fee with the Low Cost Home Loan (Value Package) that you’ll have to budget for, plus a $275 discharge fee.
