NPBS provides old fashioned customer service and products without all the bells and whistles. They are one of the few financial institutions with low/no fees on most of their products and they give back to the community by donating to charities.

The teller machine that was inside Rutherford shopping centre has been taken away and the teller outside Newcastle permanent often is out of order Rutherford branch is not open satursdays so you have to go to green hills to get money out also I find that they talk to customers to long which keeps you waiting a while it’s nice they are friendly but it should be quicker and I don’t like when they’re is 4 tellers and only 1 working while others are entering stuff on computer or redoing their till
