With a bundle of handy features including a 100% offset account, the Variable Rate Loan (Home Advantage) from Heritage Bank really delivers as a Packaged Home Loan. Aside from the rates, Heritage Bank has also packed a number of handy extras into the Home Advantage Package including a 100% offset account which you could use to reduce the size of your home loan repayments, and free extra repayments that could help you pay off your loan even faster.
Borrowers will also have the flexibility to make repayments on a schedule that suits their needs - either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. I highly recommend Heritage Bank, they are professional, friendly and considerate when it comes to their clients requests and are well worth switching to.

The staff are very helpful, they helped us get set up with our offset account and credit card that is part of the package. Coming from the Commonwealth Bank, the Heritage Bank is a bit old fashioned with some of their processes, like the converting to paperless is a bit of a process, needing signed paperwork mailed in, and changing credit limits on the credit card is a bit of a process also. But hey it is certainly safe, some people would feel more protected with the paper system.

Heritage Bank are simply the best in all aspects of banking. I have a owner occupied and investment loan with them. I have negotiated extremely competitive rates with them. I have excellent 24/7 customer service with Australian employees and their banking app is great as well.

We have been with Heritage since 2002 and love the personal service we get in branch from our bank manager and area manager. They are both fantastic the service they and their staff give is second to non. We have been put on great new rates on their latest product. They may not always be up on the top for rates for investors but they are top of the league for service and satisfaction. They go out of their way to please their customers and keep them happy which isn't hard with the great staff they have and personal service. You are not a number but a person with Heritage Bank. The manager and area manager of Kawana Branch in Qld deserve a medal they are the best. Credit department (SBS) have been great in our recent talks with them too.
