low or no charges rewards for credit card purchases but no branches or atm's locally and poor customer service
HSBC are great for those with international banking needs, as you can easily transfer between accounts across countries. However, they have very limited branches & ATMs so banking a cheque, or needing in person assistance can be more difficult. They also don't do PayID which can be frustrating.
no local branches difficult to get replies and they make lots of mistakes

To add to the frustration I have to call them back after the transaction to lower the limit.

The UI on apps is user friendly.
Very secure bank great for international transfers with (Premier Banking). However not so good with credit card applications as wont give details for refusal.
