No charges, easy to contact. Took too long to receive a new card when mine was lost.
I love ING Bank. All online so easy to use. Real time notifications of when money has been deposited into account. Great incentives for referring friends, savings options, linking accounts, Great bonus incentives when meeting account requirements. My favourite is cash back on ATM fees.
Read the barefoot investor and never looked back

Best bank I've been with. Great money back options no fees.
Orange everyday is an awesome bank account to have. I why they offered bank accounts to teens as well as I’d sign my son up with an account as well
ING has been a great bank to use due to the ease of creating an account online, zero bank fees and an easy to use app. They don’t have a branch you can visit to deposit money into, however it’s rare that I have cash to deposit.
Great bank with no fees. Need a new card - my last card came in 2 business working days. Great customer service. Can't say a bad word about ING.
ING have always been leaders in providing great customer service, call centres in Australia, and pro-active with offering deals or pathways to help you achieve what you want. This may be a saving goal, a loan or changing products. They have always provided fee free ATM usage at any ATM in Australia and Internationally when I travel. Would never bank anywhere else.
Easy access and simple banking and saving options.
