ING are a great bank to do everyday banking with.

I like ING. They are a good bank. Easy to use online banking. Only downfall is no physical branches but that hasn't been a problem for me.

Highly recommend ING as family bank

ING have competitive interest rates and account options. Their systems are easy to use and the customer service is friendly and accessible. I have not had a bad experience with ING even through having my account hacked (they had all my money back in three weeks) and buying a home. My whole family are with ING and we are very happy with the provider. I cannot think of any Cons. There's no physical branch but I think that's the way of the future and perhaps why their customer service is so good over the phone.
