I live in a small town and find my bank manager very helpful every time i need any assistance. Would be terribly disappointed if it closed as a lot of others have. When the interest changes, they always let me know. And they review my account every year and inform me of anything i may do better.
I have been with NAB for ages and they are always knowledgeable, friendly and prepared to go the extra way to find the answer. I would recommend them gladly.
I’m looking to change banks. I’ve had fraud and no follow up. The beaches don’t even handle cash it’s a joke. Not a fan of NAB. However my fees & charges are ok and overall I’ve used their online banking with ease.
I've always been with this bank & I'm seriously considering changing lately. NAB was great when I was first with them in about 2016. Over the years it has gradually got worse, the customer service is probably the worst factor, they are 9/10 times so rude & its obvious they don't care & just want you to be done & gone ..

We have been NAB customers for 23 years. The reduced hours to attend the bank in person has become difficult to understand. They have signs up stating that due to Covid restrictions they are operating on limited hours and contact. It can take weeks or months to find them open at a convenient time.
When my savings account exceeded a certain amount, the friendly teller showed me how I could earn a higher interest if I fixed part of the balance.
Nab are the best bank I have been with. They are efficient and low fee. Anything paid by the commonwealth government goes into the account amost instantly too. Before any other institutionany way.
