At its heart the Bank Australia app combines a straightforward user experience with a number of handy features for its customers to make the most of. Those includes:

  • Major digital wallet options like Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Garmin Pay and Fitbit Pay
  • PayID for quick, simple transfers over the New Payments Platform
  • Receive alerts each time you use your card, receive a payment, and approach a balance threshold
  • Notify Bank Australia if you’re heading overseas so they can keep an eye on your card activity
  • Nearest branch locater
  • Make use of calculators to help you keep on top of your finances.
  • Activate a new card, change your PIN, or report a lost or stolen card

  • We’re not so hot on…

    Currently, you can’t sign up for an account with Bank Australia through the app, so anyone looking to join will have to go through the usual avenues, such as calling up the bank, visiting a branch, or visiting the Bank Australia website.
