I like that I can be connected to a customer service operator in this country when I need assistance and they are always very friendly and helpful. The online netbank is extremely user friendly and I am able to access what I need.

I love CommBank’s App. It’s clear and easy to navigate. Information is easy to find and is explained well. Their saving interest rates are good and the waiver on the account fee and overdraft feature for pension card holders is much appreciated. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish that there was a bit more information regarding stocks. I know there’s CommSec but I’d really like to know more about the actual stock market.

Commonwealth Bank has always been easy and smooth when it comes to online banking, opening/closing accounts, also locating a branch or ATM is simple as! (The bright yellow logo helps, too) Any time I have had to contact Commonwealth, whether online or over the phone, the customer service has been friendly and efficient. I have been with this bank for years and have rarely had a hassle with them. I have no plans of changing banks any time soon and have even encouraged friends and family to start banking with them.

The counter staff are always disrespectful, as if they are looking down on me. I may not be in a suit when I go to the bank, because I run a farm, but I'm probably much more educated than even the managers. This is a mute point anyway, because I am their customer, so they should be polite and respectful.
