ING has done it again, taking home the revered title of Australia’s Best Bank in the Mozo Experts Choice Best Banking Awards for the third year in a row.

This hat trick is a testament to the bank’s offerings across the spectrum of financial products, many of which have won separate Mozo awards over the last year.

To determine which financial institutions are awarded Australia’s Best Banking titles, Mozo’s Expert Judges look for the absolute top performers in the banking world providing the best value and service to customers.

In 2021, 89 banking providers were assessed on their performance in the Mozo Experts Choice Awards over the last 12 months and ranked across individual product categories.  ING was once again the clear winner in the Best Bank award.

“For ING to hold onto this title for a third consecutive year is a truly impressive achievement,” said Mozo Banking Expert and Awards Judge, Peter Marshall.

“Winners in these awards really stand out across the board. The title doesn’t necessarily mean every financial product they offer is the leader in its market, but you’ll generally find a product Mozo recommends as worthy of consideration in every category, from home loans to savings accounts.”
