Old fashion service, their customer service is great.
Failed to reveal/mention information when specifically asked about a product. Yes friendly, but the same as any other bank just even more inconvenient, than other banks as only one ‘shop front’.
They are a great, friendly, local bank that provides outstanding customer service. They even ring if they suspect unusual activity on your account (just to make sure you really made the purchases, etc..)
This bank has exceptional customer service both in branch, on telephone and online. The info provided is always up to date and in the entire time I have banked with them I have never had a negative experience.
