It is not a bank as such. It is a credit union. From the time you walk into one of there branches', it becomes a comfortable feeling of friendliness from all concerned.
The most noteworthy service one offers is the outstanding customer service, each and every one is a pleasure to do business with. Products are also very competitive, good products are everywhere, customer service, particularly among the banks is not.
It was easy but clear process. It would have been nice to have the same person from start to finish but the staff really did look after us.
