ActewAGL offers several modes of payment including direct debit, BPAY, Credit Card, phone banking and Centrepay. If you don’t feel comfortable with online or phone banking, you can post your cheque with your payment slip or go yourself to make the payment at any Post Office or an ACTewAGL store to pay by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

If you are moving home, the process to move your gas account with ActewAGL is fairly simple. However, you will still need to look up the eligibility criteria for connections in specific regions. When you are moving your account from one address to another, you can simply fill out an online form giving the details of your existing account and requirements for your new home so your account can be moved accordingly.

It was also difficult for them to find the metre box for my new apartment and took several occasions to get it sorted.
