Switching energy providers to amaysim is a fairly easy and hassle free process. After signing up online and filling out some basic information, amaysim will verify your meter within roughly 1-5 business days. After you’ve been confirmed a final meter check will take place usually 3-6 weeks after you’ve signed up, however this can take up to 90 days. Your services will then immediately be switched to amaysim and you will have officially switched energy providers.
What if you’ve decided to move house and want to make sure you have gas and electricity at your new place? To continue your amaysim plan at a different home, first you’ll need to sign up 3 business days before you move, providing contact information, some form of ID, your new address and moving date. In roughly 1-5 business days amaysim will confirm the application and will send a technician to set up you up with the energy you need.
