Very easy to switch, great app that lets me see when it’s cheapest to use my appliances, option of bpay and direct debit and great customer communication.
Love the app and the information available regarding the pricing and amount of renewable energy that is being used at various times throughout the day. The pros are that in the right conditions the prices are crazy cheap but it is very weather dependent as it based of renewable energy. The cons are that during winter typically there aren’t too many cheap days and it can get expensive, there have also been some unexpected price hikes that were very unreasonably costly.
I love how easy it is to save and get cheap electricity, paying low prices when the market is stable is amazing at the reasonable cost of power saving on those rare spikes where electricity is high. Plus you never need to pay more than other providers as apart of their promise. The app displays how much you’ve used every day as well as the forecast prices of electricity every 30 minutes. Amazing electricity company.
