You’ll need to fill in an online form, which requires you to provide your personal details, your address and a valid form of personal identification such as a driver’s license, Medicare card or passport.
If you’re an existing Diamond Energy customer who is moving home you can arrange for your electricity to be disconnected or moved to your new address online or via the phone. You’ll need to remember to provide three business days notice, details of your new address and contact details and easy and safe access to your meter. If you can’t wait for three business days or your meter has access issues, you can ask for further support by calling Diamond Energy’s helpline during business hours on weekdays.
