I am saving a lot of money since I changed to Kogan.
Kogan Energy is cheap and green, with good service and low power outages.
I was recommended to go with Kogan based on a comparison site’s recommendation having considered a recent bill. I was told that if I signed up with Kogan my bill will be at least 20% cheaper. So I moved from red energy to Kogan. My first Kogan bill came back at least 30% more expensive than the last one energy bill for the same period of time. Such a big scam with the promising of cheaper bills at the start.
Kogan promises a very low rate energy on the comparison sites. Based on the initial comparison it was meant to be at least 20% cheaper than my previous provider. However on receipt of my first bill, the bill was not only not cheaper at 30% more expensive than my old provider. I had to change back to my old provider after six weeks.
Good customer service.
