There’s also a ten day cooling off period to consider, which allows customers the chance to cancel their plan within then days of the start date with no penalty.

And according to Kogan, getting connected in Victoria can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Or if you’re planning on moving house, simply let Kogan Energy know your moving date and new address. And if you give them a heads up before 1pm the day before, they may be able to have you connected the day you move in.
