Nectr is available to residential customers in New South Wales, South East Queensland, South Australia and the ACT.
At the moment, Nectr offers three residential energy plans: Nectar Online, Nectar GreenPower, Nectar Solar Online.
With their Nectr Online plan, customers will have their energy rates fixed for 12 months, so they won't have to worry about prices rising. The Nectr GreenPower offers the same 12 month fixed rate period, however is a 100% Green energy offset.
All plans come with no credit card or exit fees, monthly billing and a 10 business day cooling off period.
But best of all, if you sign up to Nectr and then refer a friend then you get a $50 credit towards your next bill!

If you’d like to join the Nectr community, all you need to do is get in touch with their customer service team who will take care of the rest. Once you’ve given the retailer permission to be moved on from your old retailer they will contact them for you and organise the switch. Then there’s a ten business day cooling off period before you become a Nectr customer!
The Mozo community has rated nectr products and services on different specifications ranging from pricing and bill clarity to customer satisfaction and green energy.
Nectr does have very good customer service. When I received a large bill they were happy to have me pay it off in installments which was very helpful.
I find this Nectr very open with pricing. Easy to talk to and very helpful. My bills are reasonably priced considering the climate re pricing elsewhere

Don't fall for their promotion, it is a trap, not worth it, eventually they will try to rip off the consumers. It is expensive, stay away from this energy provider, they are unethical business, stay away from them.
