Existing customers in New South Wales and Queensland may be able to request a free smart meter from Powershop which will provide a more accurate meter reading.
Moving across from your existing gas provider will be a piece of cake. Just head over to the website and fill out the online signup form (they suggest it will take about five minutes) and Powershop will be in contact with you.
If you’re already a Powershop customer and are in the process of moving house, all you need to do is log into your account, go to ‘settings’ and ‘address details’ then follow the directions to add a new property. Once that’s done, shoot Powershop an email with the date you’d like to switch over and they’ll do the rest.
