Good customer service
Have been with Reamped energy for a year now. When I first signed up with them I was getting great deals on my electricity. In the past few months though they have increased their pricing a fair bit when everything else went up. They are still a great company, but I think it pays to shop around at the moment with energy prices going up. I am surprised that they increased there so much as it doubled. Their customer service though is really good and I stay with them to support a smaller company though not sure if I will be able to for the long run if their prices don’t come down sometime shortly
Increased the prices 2.5 times overnight and posted banners on their website about it, but what about phone/email using customers?
Really good rates and very understandable billing
Was a good company, with good prices until they told us to go elsewhere...pretty disappointing way to end.
