Customer service is excellent. And they are understanding and happy to answer all questions whether they are confronting or not. The service is fast and efficient. They give sound knowledge to troubleshoot any issues fast. I don’t feel that prices are very fair. Maybe if they offered more offers such as monthly sales, $10 off for new customers etc. I am not sure how much the company can really do for the environment. But besides the pricing I am a happy customer due to the customer service and efficiency.
I immediately signed up to AGL Gas when I learned they were offering a 50 per cent discount for all seniors. Remembering how high my past gas bills were because of how much I felt the cold in my 70s I didn't have to think twice about this heaven-sent offer. Living on the Aged Pension normally doesn't allow for such luxuries as heating in the winter. On the negative side, AGL expects you to read your own meter. I am unable to do this as I don't even know where my gas meter is located as I am in a complex of 17 Units.
