Blue NRG is an electricity retailer that wants you to use less electricity in your business. That’s why they equip businesses with the tools they need to help reduce their usage, while having competitive pricing and a customer service team to help you with any issues or questions. 

No fixed terms or contracts 

There’s no dramas if Blue NRG isn’t the right choice for your business, as there are no lock in contracts for customers who use under 40MWh in Vic, 100MWh in NSW, and 160MWh in SA. 

Sign-up credit 

New customers who sign up online to Blue NRG will be treated to a $50 sign up credit on their next electricity bill. 

Online tracking 

By having an online Blue NRG account, you’ll be able to find out how much electricity your business uses on a daily basis, get access to all past bills and set up alerts for things like usage reports and notifications on when your bill is due. 

Value for money

 Blue NRG have partnered with an independent consultancy that not only analyses the electricity needs of a business, but works with them to find ways to reduce their usage.

    No competition

    We don't have any competition so we don't have competitive prices. I also believe one of their other businesses transcend give their staff unlimited sick leave and I know someone who abuses this and I am paying for this as will be reflected in my costs for electricity.

    Terrible service and billing practices.

    Blue NRG are the worst energy provider I've ever used for business. They sell themselves as low cost, but the costs ended up no lower than other retailers. They provided me wildly different bills from month to month, with one bill in the thousands, the the next month around $100. It's impossible to manage cash flow in a small business when you have this kind of billing. In addition, they stuffed up my disconnection because they don't understand the process managed by AUSGRID. They then told me it would take 48 hours to speak to their supervisor to fix a problem they themselves had created.
